As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines according to specific drawings and work orders. You will ensure high quality by performing precise measurements and checks of manufactured parts. The tasks also include maintaining machines, reporting deviations, and collaborating with production planners to optimize workflow. Furthermore, you are expected to contribute to continuous improvements in production processes and maintain a safe and efficient work environment for our client.

We are looking for someone who has completed a CNC training program and has solid experience working with CNC-controlled machines and measurement control. You must have a B driver's license and access to a car to commute to Ulricehamn, where the position is located. The ability to work various shifts is a requirement, which includes both day and evening shifts. Your ability to organize and plan your work in a structured manner is crucial for your success in this role.

It is an advantage if you have a workshop technical education with a focus on CNC or equivalent work experience as well as welding skills. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of machine work obtained from previous employment is also a significant advantage.
